    Maybe your site had more invalid or fraud clicks, let Google know this issue as soon as possible

    Also, may be your eCPM went down because the competition for your site by advertisers went down. When more people want to advertise on your site, the bidding goes up and you are paid accordingly. May be you are getting more click from countries other than USA/Canada. You need to dig deeper in your statistics to really find out what is going on.
