    This will be good configuration -

    2.7 Core 2 Duo
    4 GB DDR RAM
    Intel Original mother board
    Buy good looking cabinet (this will increase your resale value)
    Buy NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500 (If you want to have dual monitors)
    Seagate Hard Disk (Memory Depends on your usage, 320 GB will be enough)
    DVD Writer ( HP or Asus or Sony )
    20 - 22 inch monitor ( Go for AOC, cheap but same quality)
    Make sure that you have USB port also in front
