    Problem is :

    U and U only have to DECODE this to reach the next level.

    If I'm right, this is Hebrew translated to Dutch. Than it was thrown in a blender. That mix was microwaved and scanned. After that it was put into a Google Latin to Spanish translator. The result I found after this process was in plain English: "Please give me some attention"
