Can You have two names on Twitter.

    I have two blogs, which are not alike. I want to set up two names on Twitter, so I can promote each blog to people who would be interested in them.
    Can I register twice, with two different names, on Twitter. Is it allowed.

    Yes, you can have more than one Twitter accounts. Many people have been doing that.

    Yes you can do it but different email accounts so that it will increase traffic on your blog.
