Since Penguin and Panda I only have decent rankings in the above SE. Is this a viable strategy or should I 301 the 300 EMD that I have? Thoughts and likes please? Thanks

Yahoo and Bing are taking their share higher in search market but still now Google is the top one so if you have time, money and resources, you should definitely go for some authority sites. EMDs are no longer working and it is the era for authority sites. best of luck
Why would one want to only focus on yahoo and bing? but in case one wants to , I think one can do so by way of restricting google bots to your site and google i think will not index your pages.
