    the host can not do anything about that 3 days.
    it is the time taken for the datacenters worldwide to receive information that a site is setup. Meanwhile the datacenters near your hosting provider's area can access you site clearly but other countries or region may not be able to get reslved.

    99% up times mean the servers will be up 99% and that doesnt mean the hosting providers have the power to contorl the datacenters worldwide.

    it works for me now and it's a forum about warez, right?. wit 64 members and 1200+ posts. I think they work very hard. ^^
