I think the logo kind of looks out of place. The box that says hello guest is also somewhat annoying as you dont really get the see the site without feeling a bit imposed. Maybe a bit of a write up at the top to say what you do. I am a bit confused about what you are trying to do there.

It's nice site but i think first u need to change Logo..b'coz your logo is very poor for your site.

 

I think if your logo more simple it will be more elegant. So people will more easy to remember you site. Thank you.

All in all it is quite simple and nice but the logo is not good. Looks cheap. Also the grey text is not readable on white. Go for a darker charcoal font or even black. Back always works. Where's you Favicon?

I see horizontal scroll at 1024x768 screen resolution. You might want to fix that, since a good percentage of people are still on 1Kx768.
