    undeveloped : no more than xx$ in my opinion

    adult site, sorry i have no idea of the $ value of such sites. In any case, what would make the value would not be the PR but the number of visitors and revenue.

    Very uncommen dictionary word that hardly anyone knows, only 5,000 Google results, can't see much development potential. I'd say less than reg fee. Any half decent dictionary .com have been taken a long time ago & anything still available isn't worth registering IMO.

    If it's developed, it all depends on traffic & revenue.
