Can you give me any tips?

Hey guys its my frst time using adwords and affiliate marketing so I thought I would talk about what im doing and see if anyone can give me tips.

My site is Dillmando.com, and it is a blog about how to make money online. On the site (homepage) I have an ad for a product on makingyouricher.com (which I got from moreniche.com) and then if you click read more for every blog post then there is a banner for moreniche.com.

Now, onto adwords.

I did the account type where you pick how much you pay by day and chose that I pay a max of $1.50 per day and $.03 per click. I know this isnt much but if after spending around $30 and I dont make more then I spend Im gonna have to do some kind of big change.

So, have any tips or info you could lend me about if I am gonna make more money then I spend, or how I could make more? Also, If you wouldn't mind raeding a post on the blog and telling me what you think that would be great too.

Sell link at your site + you should charge more for the banner creation price

 

I think you're too early in the game to be running Adwords campaigns. Try to get free traffic first. Once you can convert the free traffic, then start buying it.

 

Exactly, First try concentrating on how to optimize your site.. then you'll get Free, targetted traffic from Search Engines,... after that go for adwords

 

I agree with everyone else. I had one of my sites up for a year before I bothered with adwords

 

Thanks, I will work on getting some free traffic now, my meta tags area kinda weird so im gonna add the ones that I know, and hopefully that will update the cached snapshot of my page.
