Can you give me advice on my squeeze page?

    Hello,
Below I've attached my squeeze page for you to give me advice how to make it better if it is possible. I'm getting very very low opt-ins. I'm using traffic from expired domains redirecting them to my squeeze page. Is this a good way to get traffic to it as the user might be looking for the old site?

    Thanks a lot :)

    Hi:

Usually a squeeze page will have a title and subtitle. The title captures the readers attention. The subtitle tells how you will deliver on the title.
Possible Title: Loss Weight and Gain Muscle in 21 days!----BIG BOLD PRINT
Subtitle: Learn How to accomplish both in 90 seconds!!--- Smaller print but not too small
Try to put a couple of wide arrows pointing to your email button also. This helps direct the person on where to enter their email.

    Just possible suggestions.

    Good Luck,

    Dan

Graphics and quality looks good but keep in mind people see headlines like that alot, so since it is expired domain traffic they might think it is spammy. I dont wanna say the traffic is bad but it might not work as good, because honestly your lander doesnt look bad.

The design of the page needs to focus your reader’s attention on the offer and the offer only. Distracting pieces of content should be avoided. This includes links to other websites or even other pages within your site. You don’t want to navigate your readers away and risk losing them and their sought-after email address.
Instead, the page should make it clear what you want your customers to do. A squeeze page isn’t about tricking your readers; the exchange of information is a transparent transaction. So the content should almost suggest that the reader take the offer or leave it and move to another page. A time limit to the offer can help with this.
