Can you get your moneybooker money back?

I was recently scammed in the web hosting section for a unbelievable price for a offshore server.

I got on AIM and talked with him.

He offered a great server and we had a deal. I sent him 59.95$ with this in the email details "ID22112". and as soon as i sent it, he logged off.

I was wondering if theirs any chance i can get my money back or is it gone now?

 

I think so you can't get it back ... Try contacting moneybookers as i never tried or heard about it or maybe someone else gonna help you in this matter but its better to contact them directly ..

 

dont think so mate. Use moneybookers escrow in future mate.

 

so they wont give u ur moneyback if they scammed ur money like paypal? zOMG i even have logs and proofs of how they scammed me.

 

dont know mate. i know you cant cancel a payment once its sent but if you've been scammed then contact them asap.

 

he said wait 6 hours for info and its been like 1 day, so i should contact them about it?

Contact moneybookers with proofs and may be they will help you in this matter .. In the meantime try contacting that person too ..

 

yea i gotta send some proof. then contacting him via PM is ignored while finding his other aim he denies it all.
