Easy mistake to make when you have your editing interface open, <G>. I've done it more than once.

    1. Make sure your site is established (6 months at least)
    2. Read the criteria guidelines of the directory
    3. Make sure your blog/site fits into that.
    4. Find the best category for your site
    5. Read the category description
    6. Skim several of the listed sites
    7. Make sure your site truly fits within both description and listed sites
    8. Read the guidelines on Title & Description
    9. Submit following those guidelines
    10. Forget about it as getting listed may take years

That's a new one on me. We have no such requirement.

I'd guess that many editors wouldn't know how to determine a website's age anyway - and wouldn't want to spend time finding it out even if they did.

We're primarily looking for useful and unique content, more content and even more content. If it has that and assuming that it's the type of site that we list and isn't overly user hostile, it'll get listed in time.

We wouldn't list a forum with 10 threads (all started by the owner) and 4 members for example, but that would be down to lack of content, not lack of age.
