I heard oon another forum you can get in trouble with google for changing the colour codes in google by yourself without using adsense admin pls tell me..cuz then i have to change alot manually by control panel
if the color change you did in html could've been achieved by the control panel itself, then there's nothing wrong. if you change something that otherwise would not been possible using the CP then you're in trouble.
the admin just genereates the code for you, I would use colors available from google just to be on the safe side.
but sometimes dont you use color codes that match your backgrounds? that arent in the control panels?
You are not allowed to edit the AdSense code you generate from the CP. You have plenty of colors available for you to choose from so please refrain from editing the code after you have generated it. Your account will be banned!
all colors are available in the control panel. just enter the same hex value as your background color.
I never use their colour palette thing, I just manually enter the hex code into the box next to the text (border, title etc). You can enter any hex code you want. I always do it within my adsense account though, I'd never change the code myself, I'm too scared.
I would advise against making such fear-inducing proclamations. Anything you can change by using the CP can be changed manually to save time. This includes the colors of background or links, channel ID, ad size, etc.
I have also made some small changes in the colours, didn't get banned. I would chose in the admin panel in adsense #cc0000 as background and border and maybe change it to only border in the normal file. Don't know if it's such a problem ... I am not doing this all the time, but was an instant when I changed a colour. Looks like i didn't get banned.
You are absolutely right, the adsense code is not a piece of art not to be touched . Anything that can be changed in the CP can be done manually.
i have done manual changes too..i can't see the problem....does anyone know anyone that was banned over this?
