    Let's say I only wanted to spend $30 in a week on Adwords. Is it possible?

    If it is how? And do you think it is possible to convert?

    some people convert every $5 or $10. It is possible, but your not going to see much volume

    Sure it is you'd just need to find a low payout offer and try to bid as low as possible. I'd head for the content network for that.
