    You do know that page rank means nothing right?

    Page rank is simply a way for the SE's to do a voting system about your site. Useless really.

    The number of back links is not as important as the quality of the back links. I have a PR6 site that as 10 back links.

    Pr is easy to get high with little work. I have a method that works nearly every time. But PR don't matter... :) I'm gonna be preaching that a lot!

    Labrocca had a site go from pr0>pr8 with only a few backlinks and in the space of one pr update (june) less than 3 months.

    I have spent hundreds of pounds, spent months submitting my site to directores etc, and have been a PR3 for nearly a year! Soooo frustrating!!

    You can actually have thousands of back links and still have a low PR. As others have stated, it's the QUALITY of back links you get that will give you a high PR.
