can you get a paypal set up with a virtual cc ?

    I need to set up a paypal account to MY name to MY bank account !

    the country where i reside wont offer a 3 digit pin on the back of a card only a swift so i have moneybookers.

    Is it possible to get a paypal set up abroad so i can access the funds here??

    like a virtual cc ?


    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!:)

    I wouldn't paypal is cracking down and you may get your account limited.

    sounds good. which company did you use for the card?

    Or you can open a US or Swiss bank account and connect a Paypal account to that.
