    As i am new to this field can any one tell me what things effect the pr and also what is the difference in site having higher Pr and lower Pr.

    PR is based on backlinks. The more you have, the higher your PR is. Keep quality and relevancy in mind though when acquiring links.

    Another advantage is bots will crawl your pages more and go further into deeplinked pages and index them quicker.
