    Hi

    I want to know that is the difference between:
    1. Which backlink we gain from high pr site ( known as link exchange, buy link)
    and it help in SERP or only for page rank?
    and
    2. which backlink we gain from free directory, socialbook marking, blog comment etc they help for get page rank

    You can get backlinks easier from high pr sites these are quick link to your site as compared to free directory, socialbook marking, blog commenting.
