Can you explain about SID?

    hi,

    i'm not farmiliar with SID tracking, & couldn't understand much from former posts regarding this issue.

    can you please explain what is SID & how can it be helpful with tracking CJ?

    (if matters - i'm not using adwords, using only direct links.)

    SID is optional, you don't need to use it if you don't want to.

    It's useful for working out where a click came from, even if you're not using PPC. Just say you have a blog about iPods, and have various CJ links posted throughout your blog - you can use SID to tell you where clicks have come from. e.g SID=frontpage or SID=post12may etc...
