Yes I can drive. Auto is so easy. However, I think I might need some re-training on manual transmission because it has been 1 year since I last touched a car with manual transmission.
Funny how there's a new one of these kinds of threads all the time! Yes, I can drive, and have been driving since I was of legal age (16). I have a Porsche, but I still say driving is overrated (+ expensive), and try to use public transit when I can
I coulda have my licence by now. There have only been a few occasions where a car would have been good. I did get some professional lessons but the teacher was asian and i just couldnt understand him. I learnt on auto. I can do parallel parking great but normal parking is a more difficult. I stupidly let my L's expire due to illness back in '07. When i do reapply this year i'll be learning manual.
I amdriving my own cat for the past 5 years, it's manual. But i am planning to buy a newer car for myself which will be automatic
I drive a manual, we got taught manual in UK and not too many automatics exists! Manuals are more fun for racing as it's not just about put your foot down on the accelerator!
