Can you create medical tourism category in your directroy?

Hello,
I am looking for some directory owners who have pr4 or higher on their home page and can create a new category exactly as "medical tourism" in health or travel category. I would like to get links from medical tourism category page for my site www.medtourismreview.com

I can make such category at Daduru Directory (PR3), but I accept Health sites only in paid listings ($2 or $10).

This is the very best answer I have seen so far. Good directory owners and editors don't just rush to create categories.

If I were the OP I would submit it to Mikey's and a few of the others who gave suggestions.
