Can You Count Someone's @replies ?

I'm interested because I hear people talk about an @reply ratio to normal tweets for a given account.

I just can't figure out how to see this number.

Like if someone puts out 1,000 tweets and has 100 @replies that would be a 10% @reply ratio.

I know there are multiple third party sites / scripts that will analyze your tweets and give you the ratio, but they're all paid services. I'm not sure if Twitter themselves give that info out, but I'm watching this tread to find out now!
