Can you copyright a database...Like, say of furniture stores in the USA for example

hi...I have a question about copyright so here's an example:

Let's say I want a website that has a list of furniture stores in the USA (by state, city etc...).

Then I find a trade association book from the 'Furniture Marketers Association' that claims to list over 2500 furniture stores throughout the US.

Is it legal for me to copy the names, locations, and phone numbers from the database/catalogue (I think it is in book form) and put them on a website?

Do you know what issues this might cause?

Can you copyright compiled lists of stores and locations?

How much do you think I would have to change to make it fair use? (If I need to change anything at all)
