Hi, I'm thinking of using the DP ad network on my site. I was reading the page for publishers, and I noticed there is a screenshot of an option to adjust the number of days between when the 'advertising available notice' will display at the top of the page to users. My question is, is it possible to completely disable this message? I was also wondering, do you happen to have a general idea of the number of advertisers that buy space using the system? Do new sites added to the list generally attract any attention from advertisers already buying ads from other sites? Lastly, I was wondering if you would ever consider lowering the minimum CPM rate for non-geotargeted banner ads? I've noticed that in recent months CPM for advertising and publishers has gone down considerably in a lot of other ad networks. And I think $1 is a little high. I wish I could set a lower rate for less desirable ad space on my site, like a banner at the bottom of a page. I know it might affect the overall rates. So I think it might be a good idea if you were able to add an option for 'below the fold' banner ads that had a lower floor CPM rating. This would keep it from affecting prime ad placement rates that are typically 'above the fold'. Thanks for your time, I look forward to using DPA
You can disable it by setting the "Advertising Available Notice" to 0 (far left on the slider). Not sure, we don't ask. Generally most advertisers are going to come from people looking to advertise specifically on your site. If you don't have people interested in advertising on your site already, it's probably not worth the time. Not currently... the hard minimum is $1/CPM for the system.
