Can you combine a BIN & Subscription in one paypal button?

    Hey guys
    Anyone know how to combine one off buy it now and a subscription payment in one button? For example, $10.50 BIN and $5 per month (both variable amounts).
    Hope that maks sense..tried the Paypal developer area and no luck :eek:
