Can you code a GPT site? If so, how much?

    I'm looking for a programmer who can code a GPT site where user can sign up for offers, freebies, etc...and earn money or prizes. I know that there are some scripts out there like CashCrusader, or the ShiftCode sites, but I'd like something custom.

    Similar sites, just to give an idea, would be sites like CashLagoon.com, PrizeBook.com, MonsterPaysCash.com

    Can anyone here do this and for how much?
