can you buy big arabic site?7000$/monthly adsense earnings

i just want to know if there's any one interesting in buying big arabic forum that make 7000$/month from adsense
i get big checks for high keywords in adsense(about 24,600$) some months
alexa rank: about 5000
indexed page in google: 52,300
link shows as 130,000 in google
pagerank 3
and will be 5 soon

the forum and site appears in the first google pages for much high traffic arabic keywords

Price will be about 150,000$
if you don't know arabic,you can hire arabic admin for few dollars from earnings
and you can manage advertising by your self
