Can you block a subject instead of just URLs?

    Hi all,
I've been trying to figure out a way of blocking a subject from my website instead of just picking off URLs. My website is webmaster/designer-related, and for the life of me, I have no idea why I'm getting so many HL7 ads ( I'll save you the trouble: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HL7 ). The more I pick off, more of them take their place (with lower rates, I'm sure, not that it matters, because they have nothing to do with the content).

Actually it's not such a huge problem, I mean after 7 or 8 URLs I get relatively few of them now, but imagine if it was a much larger field? There's one thing I failed to mention: this started one day out of nowhere. I mean obviously, something happened to trigger it, I just don't know what. I make changes to the site all the time, but I don't remember adding any items with a lot of text for at least a couple of days before it started.

Lastly, if I could expand on the concept of blocking fields completely, let's say I want to sell a software item through a specific affiliate program on my website. Say an FTP program. At that point, I don't really want FTP ads to appear everywhere, but I do need to tell the users about the product. That was the point of no-competition blocking. Except some areas of content are massive. Why don't they just add the option to block by keyword? There are a *lot* of FTP programs out there...

    Thoughts? Rants?
