This is normal. The actual pay per click depends on many factors like the visitor location, the number of times ads were viewed and so on.
Has to be a low ad cost on the adwords end. I've had that a few times too but i've also had 5.00 clicks.
loll some time i got 2 clicks and 45 cents and some time 6 clicks and get only 23 cents its normal. it depends on different factors like every one said.

Sometimes you get very low payout for your clicks. Sometimes its invalid clicks and at other times it's just low paying ads I think that as the performance of your website improves ie number of clicks and click through at merchants site, you get more valuable ads on your pages i think the solution is to try and drive more traffic especially targetted traffic to your pages
These days it seems that the clicks are very low payed. I get 4 cents for an click, 9 cents for one. I am desperate.....
