    Its just an updation delay. Happens to me everyday. Earlier it used to happen I would get very high CTR just as the day started and then I ld think...wow this is my day..lol. I dont know if it happens with others too. I guess the impressions n clicks data are refreshed at different time.. clicks later than impressions. Anybody has other explainations?

    That dude is trying to cheat from google by copying the URL from the Ads such as this:

    and pasted on his browse and start REFRESHING.

    That's totally against the TOS, and if I'm right, this guy will be banned sooner or later from Google

    yeah... i don't know if you should worry to much about this... Last couple days I've been seeing something similar, but by the end of day it usually pans out to realistic CTR.
