Can you be banned for this...

    Okay here's a good question:

Can Google ban you if your content is non-adult but the link that you get all your traffic from is adult-related? So basically your site is associated with adult content, but is NOT in anyway adult content related/based.

    Just an opinion.

I don't think they would. Now if you link to an adult site you may have a problem. Before I bet my account on it I would ask Google.

They have always responded to my emails. Sometimes takes a day or two.

In some instances you cannot control who links to you..

Where the traffic comes from could effect you with SmartPricing if they are overseas...or if you intentionally misdirected people from one site to the other but as this is not the case you should be fine.

As long as you are aware of TOS with Adsense and know youre not violating them you will most times sail on smoothly.

From what I understand of Google's TOS, you can have a site removed for any reason they see fit, so I guess it depends on:

    1. If you get caught; and
    2. If they feel that whatever is going on isn't conforming to the spirit of their TOS.

Ah, but perhaps you've misread him. From what I gather, he is linking to his non-adult site from HIS adult site, so yes, he CAN control who links to him. At least, that's what I gather. I could be wrong. OP?

    (Oops, he's been banned. Nevermind.)
