You guys do realise. If a competitor click bombs you, and you track their IP. You can press charges? Its the same as someone running fake derogitory marketing campaigns about your company.
If the above is true, and it must be because you are a "qualified lawyer", then all I need to do is spoof your ip address, make a click bomb on say......youtube.com (owned by google), then google will press charges against you and you will be arrested and thrown into jail? Cool. Watch out for the police coming to get you! Seriously though, in the real world, internationl law works slighlty different than local country bumpkin law and the laws that apply in the US, dont apply in Russia or Japan. This is why spammers in Russia cant be touched by US spam laws.

Are you guys even reading what i said? Google will ban you. As a webmaster, you have the right to use legal action if it happens to you. If someone did it to me and cost me a lot of income then i would seriously consider it, wouldn't you?

I'd probably be worried about running a warez site.........period. But, adding Google Adsense to an already illegal website isn't going to cause anymore problems for you or your "friend".
They are touched once they are on US soil On a serious note, one has to be insane to clickbomb someone in US while living in US or Canada. Some ppl make serious money with AdSense and will do a lot of damage if they lose their incomes.
