TakeEffect.com is very good. I'm not sure what you would develop it into but something commercial probably. I'd say mid $xxx but of course this completely depends on the buyer. They would need to already have something in mind for this domain I think. uNet.info might be somewhere in the $xx but I personally wouldn't pay reg fee for it just because it's .info - you are unlikely to even get type in traffic from the .com as no one will accidently put .info. Not sure about forum click - would depend on revenue, uv etc. You could list them here in the BST section. Quite a few domains go quick there.
actually I asked only for $80 about TakeEffect.com and had some offers (but all of them disappeared after their offers ) they are for sale at BST section , I was asking for somewhere else (not ebey, I don't like it)
