So basicly my question is this - when do you get the note that you are banned from adsense:
    1. when you ask for your payment and then the payment is rejected and you get the notification that you are banned
    or
    2. when the google robots find that you are violating the rules somehow?

It will be very nice if someone knows the answer to this question :)
    thx in advance

I think that you get banned when you violate the terms of google .

The guy doesnt want to get banned...

One of the factors or reasons why people usually get banned is not following the TOS of google and another is click fraud...

You maybe contacted at anytime regards a violation of the TOS. If you are lucky, you may receive a warning, which then gives you a chance to clean up whatever problem Google has with your site.

It also appears that Google takes a hard look at your account when you reach the payment threshold. I imagine they do not want to pay you, if you have violated their TOS.

Of course, no one here knows exactly or can predict when Google will review your site(s)... The best thing to do is make your sites compliant to the TOS at the very beginning. And correct them after that, anytime you realize that you have crossed the Google line of correct behavior.

Why you want to dwell so much on the negative aspect? It is not a war that you need to be ready for plan B. If you are doing every thing all right, you will be fine and you don't have to chart an alternative course. Enjoy :)

You will get banned when the google robots or manual checking find that you are violating the rules

    From your site's home page:
Promoting pay-to-click programs of any type is very likely to get you banned from AdSense, and possibly dropped from Google's search index.

You will notice that your adsense account is banned when you are unable to login to your adsense account.
