Let's say you are promoting CD-R software programs, and you have 5 merchants. Can you bid on the same keywords 5 times pointing to these 5 merchants (each has different domain)?
Yes, you can. Google will serve up whichever one performs well which is a combination of clickthrough rate and price and lots of other secret Google factors.
hi I don't mean having 5 adtext. I meant having 5 campaigns for each merchant... all with around the same keywords. So meaning if a surfer types in that keyword, adwords will show 5 ads from me. Is this in violation of the double serving policy? Thing is.. all sites are different.
I own several sites that are in the same niche and I use Adwords on each. Google serves up one ad from my account, it picks which campaign it serves from, no problem with double serving.
It's impossible to show multiple ads from a single account (even if ads are in different campaigns) at one time. Google will just rotate these ads.
Why not just create a landing page with all offers on it? If you had 5 accounts and were running 5 ads at once on the same term, you'd probably just end up wasting money.
Yes you can do this, but don't use same places or same sequence of keywords. It would be better if you use Keyword Proximity. Example of Keywords Proximity.. Parental Control Software Software for Parental Control Note: Both have the same keywords (because search Engine don't give the focus for the words "for, in etc" but the presentation in terms of search engine is different.
