Can you add a plugin to a html webpage?

    Im looking to create a website using artisteer, then export it as html, my question is can I add a wordpress plugin to this webpage?

    A competitor has a website with a plugin on and it works very well for them

    NO.
    you can't add wordpress plugin to a HTML file. But you can make wordpress act like generating html file :)
