    Dear friends!

Is it possible to transfer a domain registered at Yahoo to another person? Please guide me!

    Thanks!

    Regards,

Certainly, Just tell the other person to start a domain transfer request via another registrar (godaddy.com).

Then after they pay the small fee. An email will be sent to the address on the whois record of the domain.

The email will state that a transfer request of yourdomain.com has been initiated, If you would like to authorize this transfer (do this) or if you do not authorized it (do this).

After you authorized the transfer 5-7 days later the transfer will be complete and the domain will be under the new registrar (godaddy.com) with the new owner controlling it, and the email address and contact info on the whois will change to whatever the "buyer" has listed.

    IMPORTANT!!

Log in to your domain control panel and "unlock" the domain first, or it will not transfer.

    regards
