Can Yahoo ban a site from being promoted on PPC?

I have a site that I was promoting PPC, and the campaign is online, and it's been bringing consistent traffic, but the last few days, it's not even getting any impressions, which is very unlikely due to the niche. I deleted the campaign and restarted it, but same problem.

If its a clear-cut affiliate link, or collecting of 'Personal information', they might dispprove it. Try to throw in some decent optimized content, img tag, meta tags, and it might do the trick (did it for me) :)

Yes if your site is violating anything in their TOS, they will rank it lower. Sometimes your listings are higher based on relevance. perhaps retype. Also think about upping your max cpc. SOmetimes if you get way outbid, your listing won't show up simply because you are bidding too low for a keyword.
