I am considering change my website with a CMS system, first priority is Wordpress, my basic demand are: 1, users can post short stories and other people can vote for it; 2, users can add video or graph link, these video or graph can be watched directly through my site, for instance, a link to Youtube. 3, support Chinese. can Wordpress achieve my goal? if not, what is the other better choice? thanks a lot in advance for your suggestion.
