can withdraw paypal to vcc?

    i can withdraw money from paypal to visa vcc? and then load money to payoneer card?

    i can get my money from paypal by this way?

    coz this is only way for me

    please advice me

    I think no as a VCC is only to pay money and not to receive money.
    When I cancel a VCC it doesn't comes back to VCC but goes directly to my bank account. :)

    no dear paypal is only to send money to your bank account or if your credit tolerate you to recieve

Its absolutely possible....and if you attach this (v)(c)(c) to your Payoneer card, you can load, whenever you want (just tick, the option on payoneer "Recurring")you can withdraw your paypal(or another one) money form ATM: AND YOU CAN TRANSFER THIS PAYPAL MONEY TO NOT ONLY PAYONEER, BUT OTHERS LIKE MONEYBOOKERS, ALERTPAY..etc... What else, whatever you want to attach with, as a Credit Card Option.

    I am following this, and providing this for many friends.

    ONLY POSSIBLE WITH A RE-LOADABLE Virtual Credit Card. THAT IS A GOOD IDEA TOO; To reduce recurring fees with Payoneer.

    No you cannot withdraw money from paypalk to vcc even if it is reloaded vcc

    why not i cant withdraw to vcc? i think i can and then reload money from vcc to payoneer

    but need vcc to be visa not mastercard
