    PAN means Permanent Account Number which is unique and used to file income tax returns in India.

    Well, My Pan Number in Paypal Is Wrong... they never verify them, but just validate them... And i have transferred almost 400$ recently and $800 waiting to be transferred.. no probs.. you can do that :)

    You can enter without entering PAN number by clicking on paypal logo when paypal ask for Pan No.

    Entering PAN number is not mandatory as of now... and you can get on your account overview page with the method as suggested by DON! I guess... it would become compulsory as soon as RBI fires one more salvo... for the same! :eek:

    As per indian norms you have to submit your PAN number to paypal. If you not submit it it'll ask you PAN number while you log in. But you can bypass it by clicking the logo. And yes you can withdraw your fund using your bank

    PayPal is safe.so you can transfer money without submitting PAN NO.
