I'm not sure, what you exactly mean by Virtually, you can...

Unless, you have an account in US under same name, you may not be able to do. So, I can suggest transferring the funds to the person's (having bank account in US) paypal account then, ask him/ her to withdraw.

I think you could only if the name on your PayPal account and US bank account matches, otherwise a limited paypal account will be waiting for you.

    I See :)
But make sure that You can withdraw funds to VMI card. Because I heard somewhere that you can't withdraw funds from PayPal account to VMI card now.checkout talkgold forum for more information. Some people say you can withdraw and some say you can't. You will have to research

You definitely can attach VMI to Indian (also HK and Malaysian, EU countries etc.: these are countries I tested last week) PayPals. I can provide proof it perfectly works (have screenshots of deleting the card from Indian PP, so I have to have been able to add it at first). If anyone wants just PM your email, I´ll send the screenshots.

Just go to "my profile" in your PayPal account, go to "bank accounts", then "add a bank account". Their you will see "country", then there should be United States. As bank name you type in "Southwestbank". Account type: checking. Then Southwestbanks routingnumber and as your accountnumber
8+ last 9 digits of the VMI-cardnumber (so 10digits long). Everything is fine then. Now you have added a US bank account to your Indian PayPal account and are ready to withdraw your PayPal funds.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for adding dude.

I did some research and what I got is, we cannot "Add" VMI as Bank Account to "Verify" paypal .. but if we already have verified paypal using VCC or whatever, we can use VMI to withdraw funds ..

you are right by the way, many people claims reverse too.

I guess, $15-20 VMI is worth trying to withdraw $500 in paypal ;)

wow I didn't know that. I thought you could add bank accounts only to US, UK, CA, AUS based PayPal accounts. Thanks for adding to my Information. I will be telling this to some one else as he wants to withdraw money from his PayPal account too :)

You can add US bank account to most countried PayPal: I know for sure about Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, German, France and almost every other European PayPal (I tried myself for those countries last week for interests in VMI).

The accounts even don´t have to be verified to be able to add the US bank account, all accounts were unverified when I added the VMI to them.
