NO, PayPal doesn't let you use two accounts with same Credit Cards... but you may create a Virtual Credit Card for the second PayPal account then every time you want to buy something you will need to transfer money to VCC! However it doesn't make sense to have 2 PayPal accounts...
why do u want to use 2 paypal accounts with same card ?? If u have add-on card you could use it, else no !!
Paypal allowed 2 paypal accounts/person (personal paypal account and premier/business paypal account) but you need different CC to verify them. DON.
According to paypal terms yuo cannot use same CC for two accounts. I just wonder why you need two accounts with same name?
Something stinks here..... All i have to say is that TOS of paypal means that if you open another account that is related to you directly then you are looking at a block on both accounts and any money in them.
Yes.you only can have 2 paypal account(1 personal & 1 premier/business)..But each PayPal account must contain a unique email address & bank account
That's true you can not use same CC on two different PayPal account... But don't use VCC to verify your PayPal account because if PayPal ask you for a credit card statement you will be unable to show them and your account might be limited...
