Can we Use overlay in video ads For Any TV Channel Website ?

    I have Google absence account . Can I Use it with overlay in video ads For Any TV Channel Website ? . I have A website Related with watch online TV channel . Please Guide me if i did , in that case Google ban my account or not ?

    yes, it will ban your account
    yes you can use overlay ads, you want to check out ads plugin from jw player
