I don't think it is against the TOS...I think only other contextual ads are against the TOS...I'm not a TOS expert though.
ya i agree with them...its not against the TOS. infact i was using d ebay affiliate program b4. ebay doesnt use contextual ads...u hv 2 b an affiliate at cj.com if u want 2 participate with ebay
i hope its not against TOS to advertise CJ member programs through adsense , as i have seen a lot them in such a way..even ebay links.
one more query.. i have seen many sites using adsense and intellitxt together..and both are contextual advertising as far as i think... so why are they not getting banned
Google hasn't found them yet. Maybe (like adbrite.com) they have two programs, one contextual and one not. Brandon
Well, many of people posting in this thread disagree with me, but... There are a few sentences in TOS translated into Polish (I'm from Poland) which says I'm right. So, it's possible that Polish translators made mistake or eBay ads are really against the TOS. I'll check English version later anyway
That's ok. Don't feel bad. Many of us that speak English end up having to translate "Engrish" on many of the products/product manuals we buy
Your country of origin has nothing to do with it. What I am saying is that eBay/CJ is not the only "eBay" affilate program out there.
