    Yes, they do work. There is also another free affiliate cloaker called www.cloakreferer.com

    Yes they work but frankly I am less inclined to click on a tinyurl than somebodies referral link, at least a referral link I know generally where I will be sent first. I never click on tinyURL's.

    It is still best to get your own domain with keywords in it that are relative to the product that you are promoting.

    Yes...You can use tinyurl.com to direct a person to the desired affiliate link.
