can we submit same or one article content in all article websites?

I believe this is nothing right or wrong.

Imagine if your article are good enough, you cannot prevent other people not to copy your content and publish it some where else.

Some provide back link to your side, some not. but if your content manage to be index by SE first, I belive your content consider original content by SE.
