Can we submit individual post in blog directories?

Could u tell me is it possible to publish individual post in a blog directories

 

most of the blog directories will only accept homepage links. if you are interested in submitting the inner pages/individual posts, then you can submit to social bookmarking sites

that's already deep linking, most directories only accept main domain...

The answer is NO. You can only submit homepage to directory.
For the post, you shall submit it to social bookmark

 

social bookmarking is a best way to submit and promote your site all inner pages
