Can we search rankings of multiple keywords at a time?

    Hello friends,
    I am making an application using Google API. I want to ask, can we
    fetch results for more than one keywords, best ranking of a particular
    site for a group of keywords etc.
    And If yes then how?
    Is there a predefined method for that? If yes then what is then name of
    the method?
    Pls Help.
