I'm really pissed when my account got banned even without earning much Ok now I've few questions (1) I've created a new account with the same name and address. Is it allowed? (2) Can i add site to this new account which was previously added in the banned account?
I think it depends on if the site got banned or if you did. I would reapply withthe same site and email.

No on all. Use a different web address, different name and different address and you'd be good to go...

I have heard many cases that google bans the new account also if there is any association with the old banned account like the same name,address etc.. Regarding your question, I feel dats fine...

There is no point in even considering an appeal unless you have done that.
consider your new account being gone as well. if not now, surely before the payment is issued. even if you create a new account under different address, still you cannot use the same site. Besides, you will still be using your same computer with same IP which will put you at risk as well. it is extremely hard to keep an account active once you get banned unless you cut all previous google relationship loose or change everything though which google can find association of old banned account

You can open new account from another address . If you add same home dress again than your account will be banned from their database . Don't use that website too and if it not so good than move on to another website .If you use that site than they can know that last adsense ads was also with same name account holder and new adsense account holder has same name too , so your account can get banned again too .

No. It is not allowed to create another account with the same name and address..read the Adsense TOS... and you are not allowed to add the banned site to the new account, if you add..they'll ban again.
hah your pretty stupid you signed up for a new account with the same site, name, adress, ip, mac adress??? you'll earn a hundred $$$s then they'll ban you dummy You need to use a new name, adress,bank account,,ip adress, mac adress new site dont affiliate the banned site at all with the new one maybe then google might not ban you
this is bad, you should read the TOS. if you put ads in a ban website the that new account will be also banned..unless if you change the contents of the website..
